Terms of Service

Effective November 4, 2025. These terms explain what you can expect from PlanMyGrid and what we need from you to keep the platform fast, safe, and reliable.

Using PlanMyGrid

  • By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of a company you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your jurisdiction) to use PlanMyGrid.
  • Keep your credentials safe and let us know immediately at security@planmygrid.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

  • Only upload media you own or have licensed. Respect the terms of platforms you export to (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Do not store or share illegal content, malware, spam, or anything designed to harass or discriminate.
  • You may not reverse engineer, circumvent security controls, or resell PlanMyGrid without written permission.

Subscriptions & payments

  • PlanMyGrid Pro is billed through Stripe. Pricing and plan limits are shown on planmygrid.com/pricing.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; access stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles unless required by local law. Contact hey@planmygrid.com if you believe there has been a billing error.

Content ownership

  • You retain all rights to grids, media, captions, and analytics you create.
  • We need a limited license to host, back up, process, and transmit your content so the application works (e.g. syncing devices, generating AI captions).
  • PlanMyGrid owns the application, documentation, and trademarks. You receive a non-transferable license to use the service.

AI features

  • AI captions, hashtags, bios, color analysis, and grid scoring send prompts and public image URLs to OpenAI. Outputs may be imperfect and should be reviewed before publishing.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data into AI prompts. AI usage is optional and can be disabled at any time.

Account closure

  • You can delete your account in Settings → Data controls. We immediately remove synced grids, media references, analytics, and share links unless retention is required by law.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, jeopardize platform security, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Disclaimer & liability

  • PlanMyGrid is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • To the extent permitted by law, PlanMyGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

Changes

  • We may update these terms when we launch new features or change policies. Major changes are announced in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance.
  • Continuing to use PlanMyGrid after updates means you accept the revised terms.
